Costa Lotta was not designed, built or furnished for the rental market. The owners only make the property available for limited rental periods to generate revenue to offset taxes, insurance and maintenance. This is “Not for Profit” enterprise.

What does this mean to a prospective guest? Unlike a “For Profit” beach property at Costa Lotta, you will discover the furnishings, kitchenware, appliances, linens, are all high quality and not yard sale or hand-me down items.

Outdoors

Situated on a quiet street just a one-minute stroll to the sands, Costa Lotta has an elevator to all three floors, 9 ft. ceilings and a large 2 car enclosed garage. A circular 6-person spa spills over into your very own private heated swimming pool set into a brick paved courtyard area. Sliding glass doors lead out from the house to the deck, which boasts an outdoor gourmet gas cooking grill, table & chairs and a great view of the Gulf. The lawn is professionally landscaped with tropical palms. The kitchen and dining area are tiled and the living area and bedrooms have lush carpeting.

Top quality beds and luxurious linens ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owners have even provided a 4-person golf cart to take tables & chairs to the beach or to bring back shopping bags from the nearby local Publix grocery or taking elderly or disabled people to the beach.

Kitchen & Dining

The gourmet kitchen has solid cherry wood cabinets, ceramic tile floor, granite countertops and walk-in pantry, plus top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a large double refrigerator, wine refrigerator, gas stovetop, self-cleaning double ovens, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The adjacent ceramic-tiled dining area has seating for 8 with a bar to fit an additional 4.

Entertainment

Relax on large, comfortable leather and fabric sofas while enjoying the 56” HDTV, theater sound system, DVD and DVR, all equipped with over 200 channels of cable including HBO, Cinemax, “Movies on Demand,” plus digital cable or just take in the gorgeous view of the waters of the Gulf and the sugar sand.

Comfortable Bedrooms

Take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor to two more bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 20” TVs and DVDs. Each of these bedrooms come with their own bathrooms containing tiled walk-in showers and carved wood sink vanities with marble tops.

One bedroom has an additional trundle day bed plus a rollaway bed stowed in the closet which you can use to accommodate a further three people. The laundry room is also situated on this floor and is fitted with large high capacity washer and dryer.
